With many of us now in working environments that allow for little movement throughout our day, it is so important to counteract the sedentary effects that play out in our bodies and our minds. Why is daily movement important for you and your colleagues?

  • It helps to combat the effects of being seated for a long period of time

  • Yoga brings simple practices to aid conscious deep breathing to help keep the body vibrant.

  • Yoga helps us focus and find mental clartiy

  • Yoga significantly lowers our stress levels

  • Moving and breathing together allows colleagues to form a sense of community and connection with fellow employees.

Luna teaches yoga publicly, across London. Join her for Yin, Vinyasa, Mandala or Rocket in some of London's leading studios. Between 45-90 mins you can breathe, sweat, smile and meditate together through the beautiful practice called Yoga.

"I feel so grateful to be a part of so many budding yoga communities and to see relationships build through the power of the practice,"

In light of Covid 19, Luna has changed to an online public schedule and will continue to do so for the remainder of the year. Find her new schedule beginning mid September over on Kuula.tv.

Our bodies are all completely unique and it goes without saying so too is our Yoga practice. A public class is a great place to build community and connection as we move and breathe together, but we all move and express in different ways to suit our body. This is where a 121 Yoga session(s) is  a great way to explore what works for you in a safe and held environment.

Whether you are looking to develop your own practice, have a particular goal in mind, working with a specific injury, or you simply can’t find the time to make it to a public class. Private, 1-2-1 Yoga classes have a wealth of benefits for mind and body. Classes are tailored to fit your needs, both physically and spiritually; And with focus solely on you. progression in your practice is likely to occur at a much faster rate.

Luna’s sessions are 75 mins (time can be amended as preferred) and it is possible to share your private session with friends or family in a semi private capacity.

Movement and exploration of one's self, is what first drew Luna to Yoga. She treats her asanas like a dance for the mind and body, knitting together the emotional and physical aspects of Yoga

“I found Yoga or rather Yoga truly found me a few years back, after leaving the world of dance behind due to an ongoing struggle with my health. I had dabbled in a few classes throughout my teens, but the extent of what Yoga can do for the mind and body didn’t come to me until I had reached a particularly challenging point in my life. From there, Yoga, in the all-encompassing sense, gave me a drive to move forward and rebuild a positive life for myself.

Yoga has given me a strong focus both on and off the mat. It is more than just a physical practice to condition the body, (although that is one of its many benefits!) and it is something I believe is 100% inclusive to everyone because we all discover along the way that you are your own teacher,”

Luna's classes vary weekly but expect a strong, dynamic flow, that is light and playful at heart. A firm believer that we can all enjoy the benefits of this old tradition in a modern way, Luna offers plenty of variations to poses that allow you to take control of your practice; You always have the choice "Rest, stay or play"
