This video will explain all you need to know about the breath technique Kumbhaka, breath retention.

Bring more air, breath and vitality into the lungs with Kumbhaka. A practice that sees us up the length of time we can sustain and hold the breath, through conscious counting and holding/ retention of the breath. For those of us who are particularly shallow breathers. This practice is great for getting the lungs working to a fuller capacity.
