WELCOME TO THE PRANAYAMA (BREATHWORK) YOGA  BUNDLE 

I'm so glad you have chosen this bundle to delve deeper in to breathwork and how these practices can really heighten our awareness, deepen or physical practice and alter our state of wellbeing. The breath is not only a vital lifeforce but a magical tool we can use in day to day life to control our emotions and reactions.

1. UJJAYI BREATH

Ujjayi (Victorious) breath is the most common practice of breath manipulation that we use in a physical Yoga practice. Here we break down different methods in achieving the sound, the quality and the rhythm of this balanced breath.

2. KAPALABHATI

BREATHWORK

Learn the energetic and firey practice of Kapalabhati. This breath is as much an ab workout out as it is a practice of detoxification and an excellent practice to start your day.

3. KUMBHAKA

   BREATH RETENTION

Bring more air, breath and vitality into the lungs with Kumbhaka. A practice that sees us up the length of time we can sustain, through conscious counting and holding/ retention of the breath. For those of us who are particularly shallow breathers. This practice is great for getting the lungs working to a fuller capacity. 

4. NADHI SHODHANA

BREATHWORK

A beautiful practice to balance our energy. A lovely breath to practice in the evenings, but can be used whenever and in different ways in order to balance our the yin and yang in our bodies. For those who suffer from anxiety, this is a stressless breath that brings us straight back in to the present.
